This project consisted of an addition and upgrade to a 500-unit apartment complex on 40 acres tucked between preserved green belts. Timber-framing was used to build an exclusive club house and leasing office for this luxury community. The lodge-style structure includes a work-out facility, spa services area, conference room, commercial quality kitchen, office space and an outdoor patio complete with fireplace. The massive porte cochère at the clubhouse entrance required hoisting two five-ton steel beams. Final touches included extensive landscaping, interior and exterior water features, and one indoor and two outdoor pools.
