Unpredicted water intrusion damage made this remediation project a true work in progress when our repair and restoration team, Remco Deacon, found they would be making structural repairs to over 40% of the building, beyond the building envelope replacement originally planned. We added new stucco and thin brick to seven two-story townhouses, built above a parking garage and reclad the four floors of wood-frame condominiums. We also, as well as rebuilding all 50 condominiums' failed decks, and the concrete structured retail on the ground floor. The additional structural repairs added over six months to the schedule, but careful scheduling and team coordination cut that time in half.
