Due to water intrusion issues, this three-story 23-unit condominium, with retail tenants on the ground floor, required the replacement of all doors and windows. Our team also removed and reinstalled the associated metal siding and brick veneer. Power lines close to the building were a safety concern, but by working with both the Light and Parks Department of the City of Seattle, those issues were quickly resolved. Despite time constraints arising from working in a busy urban neighborhood, we completed all work well within the schedule.
